1. Service Description

AdClueX provides a website scanning and analysis service that helps website owners identify potential issues that may prevent Google AdSense approval. The Service includes website scanning, policy compliance checking, score tracking, monitoring, and related features accessible through our website and plugins.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan
• Use the Service to attack, harm, or interfere with other websites
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. No Guarantee of AdSense Approval

AdClueX does not guarantee Google AdSense approval. Google AdSense has its own review process with human reviewers, and approval decisions are made solely by Google. AdClueX provides analysis and recommendations based on known AdSense policies, but passing all AdClueX checks does not guarantee approval. AdClueX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

5. Payment Terms

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by AdClueX and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your websites and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze your publicly available website content for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdClueX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that our analysis will be complete or accurate. Website scanning involves analyzing publicly available information and may not detect all potential issues.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
